ACES no1

I've learned a lot at CPTLE about eggs, like the different ways of how to cook it, example Omelette, Scotch egg, Egg sandwich and Spanish omelette. And also I've learned the tools, utensils and equipment needed in preparing egg dishes for example Coddler- it is a small cup made of porcelain with a screw on top. Egg Cooker- it is an electric appliance which steams or cooks eggs in the shell. Crepe Pan- it is a skillet which is shallow and slope-sided and is 6 to 8 inches in diameter. Custard Cups- it is a small, deep, individual bowl-shaped dishes. Omelette Pan- it is a non-stick, shallow, slope-sided skillet. Egg Piercer- it is a sharp-pointed tool. Poacher- it is a covered pan containing a plate etc.I`ve learned the different parts of the egg .I`ve learned also the nutrition that can we get form the eggs.In our first quater i really enjoy it because i also love cooking thanks to the topics we`ve learned and specially to our teacher who discuss us the topic I`ve learned a lot.Thats all thank you!
