Over-all experience in CPTLE

                At first im a bit nervous about how this CPTLE class will be goin, when im getting along with my classmates  im really getting excited about how is it going to happen when in terms of cooking, because they can trust me. At the 1st quarter, we cook egg dishes, I help them with plating, and also were enjoying cooking that time. 2nd quarter, we cooked Maja Blanca, it was the first time I cook a Filipino Delicacies, and yup also the same at first were enjoying making it. 3rd quarter, me and my group mates use to cook fish fillet and i was not really the one who cooked it i was just helping but i've enjoy it.4th quarter in food expo and tiangge that was the first time i experience how to do sales talk to sell our foods and products.Thats all thank you

FOOD EXPO AND TIANGGE 

               In 1st day we do food expo also we do sales talk to sell our ice coffee and chowfan we all have fun by doing it beacuse in the end it became successful. In 2nd day we do tiangge we sell head bands, ponytale, and  bookmarks, also it become successful

           I've learned in our 3rd grading is how to make a difference fish dishes like fish fillet. Our group choose to make a fish fillet because we all know that fish fillet is one of the easiest to do.And of course we also know what equipment we'll use to make it, and also we know what is the ingredients to make a delicious fish fillet. Thats all

            We decided to make a Filipino delicacies like maja blanca , our teacher teach us how to make it.She also teach us  many more not only maja blanca . we also learned how to use a tools and equipment to make a maja blanca. And also we ve learned what are the ingredients to make a maja blanca

I've learned a lot at CPTLE about eggs, like the different ways of how to cook it, example Omelette, Scotch egg, Egg sandwich and Spanish omelette. And also I've learned the tools, utensils and equipment needed in preparing egg dishes for example Coddler- it is a small cup made of porcelain with a screw on top. Egg Cooker- it is an electric appliance which steams or cooks eggs in the shell. Crepe Pan- it is a skillet which is shallow and slope-sided and is 6 to 8 inches in diameter. Custard Cups- it is a small, deep, individual bowl-shaped dishes. Omelette Pan- it is a non-stick, shallow, slope-sided skillet. Egg Piercer- it is a sharp-pointed tool. Poacher- it is a covered pan containing a plate etc.I`ve learned the different parts of the egg .I`ve learned also the nutrition that can we get form the eggs.In our first quater i really enjoy it because i also love cooking thanks to the topics we`ve learned and specially to our teacher who discuss us the topic I`ve learned a lot.Thats all thank you!
